Today Talent has launched the Unleashed Awards with the World’s Leading Entrepreneurs.
In an exciting step to recognise the bravest, boldest and most brilliant individuals in the global technology sector, Talent International has teamed up with Sir Richard Branson and Steve Wozniak for the 2014 Talent Unleashed Awards.
The 2014 Talent Unleashed Awards will stir the imaginations, dreams, and ambitions of technology superstars right across the Asia Pacific. Adding to last years inaugural Community Impact Award, the program boasts four new categories: Rising Star, Inspirational Leadership, Best Start Up, and Digital Content.
The awards signify the dawning of a meaningful Australian technology sector, an ever important challenge whilst faced with the softening mining boom and demise of many manufacturing household names.
Regional winners will travel to Sydney, Australia for the not-to-be-missed APAC Awards Ceremony where five category winners will be selected, in addition to a People’s Choice Award winner. A separate awards program is also being launched in the UK to target a further 1 million technology champions, with winners joining their APAC counterparts at the Sydney ceremony.
2014 Judges include: Sir Richard Branson, Founder, Virgin Group; Steve Wozniak, Co-Founder, Apple; Cliff Rosenberg, Managing Director, LinkedIn; Joel Neoh, Leading Entrepreneur; and Patrick Grove, Co-Founder and CEO, Catcha Group.
Talent International will reward the six category winners with a development-packed five-day business innovation workshop at the Branson Centre for Entrepreneurship in Johannesburg, South Africa.
