Account Service Manager to join a leading TechnologySoftwareServices provider to manage service delivery for a customer in the banking industry.

You will be managing Service Delivery performance, reviewing and fixing areas that are under-performing. You will be responsible for the day-to-day Incident & Problem Management, acting as an Escalation point and managing issues/incidents to their conclusion.
This is a role supporting one of the company's biggest banking client and will involve quite a lot of customer interaction - both over the phone and face to face.
