- In this role, you will be spending time with different business units to identify requirements/scoping/documenting.
- The current Salesforce environment includes Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pardot, Field Service Lightning, Service, CPQs.
- You will be heavily focussed on Salesforce - so experience with this is strongly preferred!
What makes you special...
- 4-6 years years of experience as a Business Analyst working on Digital projects
- Experience in gathering requirements, documentation, process improvements etc.
- You have a good understanding and experience with Salesforce ideally
- Business Process mapping
- Solid experience defining Requirements and monitoring process.
