The role...
  • Candidates are the life blood of our business and we're looking for someone to take real ownership of our talent communities in order to support our consultants. 
  • This is not an "administration' job, as your ability to locate talented people, either proactively or against a specific brief, will ensure the success of the business.
  • You will work closely with other candidate managers to proactively consider and recommend talent strategies for our business.
Who you are...

You may be at the beginning of your career or you may be looking for your next career step, either way we can craft the role and the career path around you. Ideally you already have your foot in the door in the recruitment industry with at least 12 month's recruitment industry experience.  Your other attributes will include:
  • A self-starter with great time management skills and a sense of urgency
  • A proactive communication style and a naturally inquisitive mindset
  • A drive and desire to be the best you can be
  • Great attention to detail and a commitment to great customer service
  • Any interest or experience in the IT/Digital sector will be highly regarded
