Supporting end-user issues that are escalated by our Level 1 service desk, you'll fulfil end-user hardware and software service requests. If you have strong technical expertise in the Windows, Office 365 and Azure support environment and great customer service skills, this is a great opportunity.
You must be a good, solid, all-round desktop support Analyst where nothing phases you. You will have a solid support background in the likes of Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Azure, Exchange, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams.
You will have:
- Minimum of two to three years of Technical Support experience, preferably in desktop support services.
- Working knowledge of workstation hardware, software, and the following operating systems: Windows7, Windows8 & 8.1, Windows 10, VMware, Parallels, and virtual pc software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites, Office 365, Azure and Intune solutions.
