Responsibilities in this role will include:
  • Process previous days' invoices
  • Check previous days' Timesheets
  • Check incomplete "Service Tickets'
  • Obtain quotes for Hardware Repairs.
  • Co-ordinate any 3rd Party Contractors
  • Raise Invoices for VoIP charges
  • Assist will reconciling / Checking Monthly Reports
  • Processing Contractor Invoices
  • Processing Project Invoices
