  • Manage a team of a dozen people spread across the globe. 
  • Building and improving processes following the ITIL framework.

  • Monitor and motivate your team working towards providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Structure the Operations and Support functions around the ITIL Framework, establishing processes and ensuring compliance.

A broad and diverse technical knowledge with MS Servers and related products, Networking, PBX and IP Telephony systems would be highly beneficial.
