We have an immediate opening for a Project Administrator for an initial 6 month contract. With the programme heading into delivery, multiple concurrent work streams will need to be initiated along with a significant uplift in business and technology stakeholder commitment making this a full time role.

Project administration tasks below:
  • Management of the co-ordinated planning across all workstreams and delivery teams (Jira skills required)
  • Management of scheduling and logistics between Wgtn and Auck teams including 8-12 weeks of co-located Analysis and Design workshops.
  • Preparation of Steering Committee and Stakeholder Working Group packs and minutes
  • Budget tracking and project reporting
  • Assist with other project management disciplines (health checks, risk reviews etc.)
  • Timesheet and Resource management
  • Management of multiple project sites (internal and shared SharePoint sites etc)
  • Helping ensure bank policy and processes are followed for the above (sentient, change requests, primavera, invoice approvals etc.)
