The inside word
Our client are a well known and respected NZ organisation and have created a new senior role for someone with proven experience in implementing, supporting, optimising enterprise applications such as Office 365 to, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams experience and Dynamics
This is a broad role where you will be working with the technical team and the business to ensure these applications are running optimally, any implementation or changes are introduced seamlessly, implement best practice and provide 3rd level support when needed.
You will be working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and take on board any feedback and work together in implementing changes.
Why you are a legend
- Application Support - you will have at least 4 years of experience in Application support to include applications within the Office 365 spectrum, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM etc.
- Stakeholder engagement - Proven experience working with internal and external stakeholders to understand their business needs in relation to systems
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Demonstrated ability in resolving technical issues/escalations
- Work visa - candidates must be legally entitled to work in NZ.
