This is an opportunity to join an innovative Tech company based in Hamilton in a newly created People Leadership Role on their journey of expansion.
You will be responsible for leading a team of developers while focusing on setting up shared services for APIs in a .net environment. A big part of your role will be introducing best practice and agile ways of working.
Although this is not a role that requires hands on coding, you will have a strong understanding of a SDLC and have a strong ability to lead, mentor and coach the team. This is friendly, supportive, and dynamic technical environment will allow you to partner with a team of dedicated and talented colleagues.
