  • For a Technical Business Analyst to provide face to face IT support for colleagues across APAC for a well-recognised food manufacturer.
  • Because there is a roll-out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Office 365 you will also assist and support these projects in NZ, gaining valuable experience in this domain.

  • This organisation are dedicated to producing ethically sourced and healthy plant-based food products.
  • With operations around the world you will have the opportunity to rub shoulders with a broad range of stakeholders and have access to a range of large projects and systems.   
  • Assist with technical aspects of a D365 ERP rollout. This could include support with the areas such as security configuration, printer configuration, workflow development and reporting configuration
  • Assist with implementing Role Based Management, Azure AD and Office 365 
  • Support with other similar tasks and projects
  • Work with the business to understand roles and responsibilities and recommend licencing requirements across all platforms within the business for end-users
  • Work with the business to understand the current network structure within the current business environment, then recommend and implement effective security settings and folder structure changes to meet the business needs
  • Support continuous improvement of business process and system functionality by working closely with the business to identify and analyse areas for improvement
  • Operate within an agile framework, to drive efficiency into both operational support and project activities.
  • Preparation of technical specifications
  • Explaining highly technical ideas, roadmaps and deliverables to non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop, disseminate, and enforce functional policies, procedures, and quality assurance best practices.
Why you're special...
  • IT-related degree or similar background and experience, ideally in FMCG
  • At least 5 years' business analysis experience (working in food manufacturing and/or FMCG environment would be advantageous)
  • Proven experience in implementing business systems or upgrades
  • Practical experience in using ERP systems (particularly AX 2009 or D365)
  • Hands-on experience with common Microsoft business applications such as Active Directory, Exchange, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Office 365
  • Some project management experience would be useful
  • Exposure to PowerBI and other Reporting technologies
